Multiple hospitals are within minutes of this unit and easily driven.

There is one bedroom but two queen-size sleeping surfaces, including the pullout couch in the living room.
There is a window A/C unit in the living room only. It is controlled by the panel on the unit itself. The bedroom has a ceiling fan for additional air circulation. The thermostat controls the heat for the entire apartment.
Parking:
One designated space only. All other street parking is fine during the day, but the only way not to get a ticket overnight is to have a village sticker.
Laundry:
There are shared laundry facilities in the building. It is pay by app only.
Surroundings:
This is a unit in an apartment complex. There may be noise from neighboring units that we cannot control.
Guest have access to the entire apartment as well as the laundry facilities in the building.
I am available to guest by messaging from 8:00am-8:00pm local time daily.
